Item stuck in simple delivery system
How do i get help from ebay for item stuck in simple delivery system? AI agent says select "see more details" option under more actions, but that option doesn't exist.

Mentor2 weeks agoIn which case you need to goto your purchase history, find the item, click I think its the fourth tab which says "More Actions" and from there you'll find the ability to open a case for item not received. You can only do this one day after the last estimated delivery date you were given at time of purchase. eBay should tke care of the rest as the postal contract is between them and the carrier.
You may find there could be a day or so delay in opening if tracking shows item in the system,

OP2 weeks agoItem was due 3rd aug. I still dont have option to raise a case yet, it says wait until 5th aug now. Will look again then. Thankyou.

Mentor2 weeks agoThat will be why you can't open it, the system runs to the second if you will. As I said as its simple delivery ebay have their own rules and can delay it slightly, opening the case.
