Item Stuck at Collection Point Without a QR Code

My item was marked as delivered to collection point, yet I haven't received any QR code or collection number. I've checked the usual communication channels, but there are no updates. What can I do to successfully trigger the collection process?

If it's only just arrived at the collection point there may be a time delay before the parcel is processed and the code issued. So give it a couple of days. After that you will have to try and contact someone at ebay. Click on help and top of a page, select a subject and then type in "speak to agent". Repeat until you get through.
