Item sold was missing from envelope
Hi I received an email with photos from a buyer saying the envelope was opened and the stamps I had sold her were missing, I have refunded her money but how do I claim against Evri please, never had this happen before?

Mentor5 months agoAssuming you used Simple Delivery if the buyer had opened a return using "item damaged in delivery" as the reason eBay would have issued the refund themselves and you keep the original payment. Buyer is not required to return the item/damaged packaging.
There's nothing you can do now you'vre refunded as the postage is managed by eBay, but something to bear in mind in future. The same applies for loss in transit.
