Item sold took no qr code
Hi.. have had item collected and I hadnt taken qr code as daughter collected. What happens? Have emailed buyer unsure if she knows the qr code.. what happens to the funds.. Will I get?

Mentor6 months agoAsk your buyer to look for that collection code, in their order details, eBay messages, or emails even in Spam. Then, you can enter those numbers manually.
If they don't respond, and you cannot enter the code, your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before being released.

Mentor6 months agoYour buyer will have a 6 digit collection code either in eBay messages or their email, hopefully they'll find this and can give it to you so you can close the order off.
You should be aware that handing over an item without getting the code means that there's no proof that your buyer has collected.
Without that code, your payment may be held for between 14 - 21 days.
