Item Sold - No Payment but ebay listing shows paid!

Question

I sold an item on 20 July 2026 - ebay says that buyer paid. But I have not received the payment and I cannot get hold of customer services. Payment does not say it's on hold. I have checked the account to be paid into nothing. Where do I go from here?

Buyers pay ebay, who hold it in your ebay account.

You need to manually withdraw to linked bank account.

If it was collection items, did buyer provide collection code when they arrived?

If not, you have wait 14 days for payment to clear.
