Item sold and collected no money

Question

How can I withdraw the money? Item sold guy came collected the item was on sale as with delivery only, because he lived nearby he came and collected instead. But now my money stuck and I can't withdraw it.

Any suggestions?

Nothing you can do now but wait 14 days and hope that your buyer doesn't claim item not received.

What you should've done is to cancel the order and then relist it with a collection option for your buyer to select. They would then receive a collection code which they give to you when they come to pick up their item. This proves that they have it.
