Item "ships to Austria" but then... It doesn't :-/

I am registered so Ebay knows where I'm located. I look for an item that's available in the UK.

In the search results list, the page states projected shipping costs, for instance:

This is a "buy now" item, it's page clearly says "will post to Austria":

however, when I select it and click the "buy now" button, I'd expect to be prompted with payment method selection and - again - a projection of various extra fees.

Instead, I get this:

The same happens for many other items in the listing - although I found one (totally random, that's not the item I'd be interested in buying) that allows me to buy. All others I've tried (maybe 4 or 5) follow the same pattern: they "will post to Austria", but then... No.

Any idea what that could be?
