Item shipped via Ebay RM Postage but has been lost - how does the seller claim for the lost package? | Member To Member Support

A buyer raised a case as item not received - it appears last as no update on RM, etc. - this was posted via the eBay labels (RM - 2nd Class Parcels). As the case was raised, the buyer has been refunded; however, as the seller, how do I claim compensation for the lost goods? RM direct state max £20, whereas via eBay, insured to £75 (item circa £50.00). Any idea on the next steps? Regards
