·8 months agoAs advised by @61stephenuk you can get compensation but you will have to make a claim against Royal Mail.
You will be responsible for refunding the buyer (have they opened an 'item not received case?) then getting your money back from RM.
Did you take the item to the Post Office and buy the label there or did you buy the label through Ebay?

·8 months agoAs far as I know (I have always bought from RM Click and Drop or the Post Office) if you buy a RM label from Ebay, you have to make your claim through Packlink rather than direct from RM.
See link below.
Are you certain the item has not been delivered?
Has the buyer opened a case?

Mentor8 months agoOnce the buyer opens a case for item not received, with Simple Delivery used, eBay take over the case, refund the buyer, you should have nothing to do with the dispute, and you get to keep the payout for the item.
