Item sent on time but courier says item delayed buyer requesting refund eBay not being helpful | Member To Member Support

So far four items sent on the day they bought 26th May. Evri says that these items are delayed but no further explanation or revised delivery date. Sellers now asking for a refund. The sellers have all the information re the sales and I have been in touch with them all. Looks like all I have is an automated response from eBay telling me yo do/provide all the information buyers already have. Do I ask eBay to step in? I am reluctant to just give refunds when this is not my fault. Is there anyone else who can advise me what I should do next. I have never experienced this before so I’m getting really stressed out by it all.
