Item returned to sender undelivered (but i still need the item)

Question

Hi, my parcel has been sent back to sender in USA as not delivered in UK due incorrect address. The delivery company would not change the address. Money has been refunded but i still need the item…..what can i do ?

As you have your money back that's the end of it as far as eBay is concerned. You no longer have any rights over the item.

If you still want the item, or one like it, you could contact the seller and see whether he will list it again on eBay. If you can agree a "buy now" price he can let you know as soon as it's been listed. That way you should be able to buy it before anyone else does.

Otherwise you can only look for another one elsewhere.
