Item returned to sender, sender wanted to be reimbursed
Hi, I ordered an item and it was returned to sender. This was Royal Mail slapped a sticker on it saying the "address is incomplete". Upon receiving the item back, the sender incurred a charge from Royal Mail. The cost posting it out and having it returned is £8 (so the seller says). He won't send me the item unless I pay this amount, or deduct it if I want a refund.
The address I put is correct, I have used it multiple times without issue on ebay. The seller took a picture of the returned item. He is siding with royal mail in that he says there are 3 addresses with this address. I said they are all the same address (same building) so makes no difference. I just want my money back now, will eBay side with me on this?

I doubt seller will allow you to buy again, but you will get refund.
