Hi,
I posted an item to a buyer in which it was attempted to be delivered multiple times by Evri but unsure why but Evri said that they were unable to deliver. They have since sent the item back to me, What should I do?

Mentor11 months agoAttempted delivery counts for delivery in eBay's eyes, so should the buyer open a case for item not received, the tracking number which should have been automatically entered , will close the case in your favour.
Has the buyer enquired about the arrival of their item?
If you do receive the item, having both item ad the buyer's money in my humble opinion one must go.
Cancel the order citing Problem with Buyer's Address, this fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance will not be affected.
