Item Removed For Violation Of Policy.
Summary: sweet_but_sour purchased a pack of six water filters expecting them to be shipped from Bolton, but they were dispatched from abroad and delayed by customs. Upon collecting, only one filter was received instead of six. The seller has since been removed for a policy violation, and sweet_but_sour is seeking advice on whether to proceed with the return to obtain a refund.
Hi,
I purchased a 6 pack of water filters on 24/06.
The sellers location said 'Bolton', however the tracking showed it coming from (I presume by the writing ) China & it had to clear customs.
I went to my local Argos to collect it today and there is only one filter not 6.
Obviously I am not happy to have paid for 6 & only received one.
When I went to return the item as 'the item didn't match the description' I find that the listing has been removed due to a violation of policy by the seller.
My question is do I just carry on with the return to hopefully get my money refunded?

Mentor3 months agoYes carry on with case.
If seller does not supply returns label or refund, escalate to ebay on day 4.
Ignore seller excuses.
