why are there sellers using nude girl pics to sell LP's when my pics have no nude girls for the same Francis lai LP's ! I send a list of 4 other sellers using nude pics selling the same lP that I want to sell!! I thought all sellers were treated the same? What would Orwell say? I spoke to customer support and got no where.

Mentor11 months agoeBay regularly scout through items that may be breaching selling regulations and need removing, but, there are over 7 billion items so impossible to check each and every one. Those you see have not been spotted, once they are, if they breach selling regs, they too, will be removed.
eBay also rely on members reporting items, there's a report button ( a ? mark) on every listing it could quite easily be another member or even competitor who reported yours. If it was removed, it must have breached some selling reg, aside from not having those nude photos, sorry I'm not familiar with the item, so cannot tell you exactly why then, it was removed.
What I can tell you as your item was spotted and reported, do not relist it, as it would bring you serious selling sanctions.

OP11 months agoSo why are the items in contravention still there? I sent detrails of each seller with my comment! your comment about billion is not relevant!! I set a list of 3 specific sellers and 3 items and Ebay choose to select only me when others are committing errors in Ebay eyes.

OP11 months agoI am extremly annoyed that others are selling the same LP with same images and imageswith nude gitrls which mine was not. I sent a screen shot to ebay so they could see the other sellers! EBAY DID SWEET Fanny Adams!!
