Item recived after ebay verification, but part of the item is missing
I recently purchased a jacket which had to be sent to ebay for verification before being shipped to me. The seller shipped the jacket to ebay for verification including the removable hood. Its been verified and shipped to me in new packaging, and the hood is not with the jacket. How can I track down the missing hood? I have contacted the seller who had supplied various detailed photos of how it was shipped, so I have no reason to distrust the seller. It would seem the verification team has misplaced the hood

Ebay should handle it, you return item to authenticator with supplied label.
