item received which I did not order
I received a parcel with an item that I did not order. It has my name and address on the label but it's definitely not an order from me. There is nothing inside the parcel or on the label to identify the sender.
I cannot "speak" to an agent because AI does not recognise an item without a Purchase Order or an email confirming the order. I am going round in circles and AI has closed me down
It's not something I want and to make matters worse, it was an EVRI delivery that was obviously put in a post box because I had to pay £7.00 for the PO to deliver!
