hi- I shipped an item within 30 mins of it being sold, and sent using Royal Mail tracked 24hr. Buyer has confirmed in a message that they received the item, several days ago, but eBay won't let me update the tracking to show the actual Royal Mail tracking ref - buyer has not ackowledged receipt on eBay - funds are being held by eBay - I am concerned that this buyer may end up being refunded even though they have the £125 item - does anyone have similar experience and if so, how was this resolved?
