How can a seller get away with not even sending the item I have purchased, I bought 2kg Cloverleaf blanket answer Koi fish pond, on my purchase history I noticed it had not changed from awaiting dispatch to dispatched so I messaged the seller on the day it should have arrived no reply, trying to find the solution for my query on ebay help is useless, so silly me cancelled the order now I have to wait the seller has now had my money for 11 days with no regard for the buyer. how can this be

Mentor5 months agoYou cannot cancel, only ask seller to cancel, and if they do it generates a refund automatically.
If seller does not even dispatch, then remember that when leaving feedback.

Mentor5 months agoeBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee is written on all listings bar Classified ads . Worth a read as it can save you time and money when you require a refund.
The dates for delivery are only eBay's estimates, and can be a tad optimistic always worth waiting a couple more days for your item to arrive.
If it doesn't , you follow the MBG, that is, open a case for item not received and escalate on day 4, if not refunded beforehand.
If the seller does not accept your cancellation request, then open that case.
