Item posted and confirmed received by buyer, but tracking doesnt show delivered | Member To Member Support

So i havent received funds from ebay yet for a sale, receives by the buyer, who has left positive feedback.... But for whatever reason, the tracking on the postage still shows as not delivered. What is the process here, does the payment come through as a default over time or do i need to do anything etc? Thank you
