Item posted and confirmed received by buyer, but tracking doesnt show delivered
So i havent received funds from ebay yet for a sale, receives by the buyer, who has left positive feedback....
But for whatever reason, the tracking on the postage still shows as not delivered.
What is the process here, does the payment come through as a default over time or do i need to do anything etc?

Mentor4 months agoeBay tracking is notoriously slow to update, and I'm afraid buyer feedback does not speed up the payout process.
Does tracking on the courier / Royal Mail service you used show delivery? Then, eBay's will update.
For new and returning sellers eBay's payouts are made this way, an eBay announcement explains the process:
From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

OP4 months agoThanks for the help. Thate the thing, the tracking shows 'out for delivery' or thats the package it dispatched. But not delivered.
Even though the buyer has thanked me for the delivery and left a positive feedback review.
So funds should at some point come through to me, even if the tracking continues to show 'not delivered'?

Mentor4 months agoIf tracking hasn't shown delivery, and there are no other holds say if you are a new or returning seller, then the payout is held for 14 days.
