I bought two dining chairs. The seller sent by royal mail in three parts. I received only two parts. One seat and eight legs and one set of nuts and bolts to put together. The other chair seat and nuts and bolts did not arrive. The seller has just confused me and keeps saying I only got four legs and I kept correcting her. I tried to open a claim with ebay but as the item said it had been delivered it would only let me do a return. I started a return and then the buyer said she wanted it in its original state and I said that she should make a claim as she would only receive back part of what she had sent. she started to get funny about it and told me to do what I want. Very confused I tried to contact ebay and they wouldn't let me do anything because I had started a return!!. I closed this down so I could speak to them and was trying to start up some sort of communication but they now won't let me because I shut down the return. I do not know what to do now.
