Item not returned to seller
I was unable to collect an item from Argos, which they notified me they would return, but Woolstack has not received the needles, and there is no royal mail tracking number. Should I contact Argos? Thanks

Mentor1 month agoIf items are not collected within 7 days, they may be returned to seller or donated to charity.
You can try opening item not received case,but if tracking shows delivered, you will lose item and money.

OP1 month agoThanks for responding, I think I'll take a 5 min walk up to Argos tomorrow... see what happens
