item not returned back but ebay want refund money back and customer dont kno how to cancel return | Member To Member Support

Hello my customer order turbo from me 15 november and and klick tthat want return this item around 2 weeks later but he told me that want recived part and he will wait becouse I was out of stock. We send this item just yesterday and I recived email from mail from ebay if I recived item or not but then I klick there is onlu option refund payment back. When Im goint to returns it show me that customer didnt return this item back. but when I just print invoice now ot say that item was dispatched but not delivered. cystomer dont know how to cancel this return and give me permision to cancel this return but I dont have option to do it. what do do wait until tomorrow or call ebay? but Im abroad now and my mobile is not working and I can find how to call ebay. my trucking number say that item was collected today and dpd truckind was added to the ebay. Should I wait until ebay will cancel this item becouse was no return trucking used? or they will refund and what should I do before is to late?
