Item not received but tracking shows delivered

Question

Anybody help me please my item us showing delivered but I never received it when I contacted the seller numerous times and told even showed it wasnt my postcode it had been delivered too after a lengthy message session he agreed to refund but still hasn't after messaging them again twice now outside the 30 days for ebay to get involved.

Is there anything I can do or do I just give up

There's nothing you can do through eBay now the 30 day strict timeline is up to make claims, but you can turn to your payment provider for help with a refund with the proof you have the item was delivered to a different postcode.

It may also be worth checking your delivery address you have on your eBay account to ensure it and the other 4 addresses there are correct.

You can try to claim through your funding source.
