Mentor7 months agoThe customer may well be telling the truth.
With parcels being routinely left on the doorstep, theft is rampant. This is not covered by eBay's money back guarantee.
The police are advising buyers in some areas to use click and collect services instead.

Mentor7 months agoSo long as tracking showing delivered is seen by ebay, any not received case will automatically close.

Mentor7 months agoYou can send them a polite message with the tracking details showing delivery so they can perhaps chase it up with neighbours or household members , who may have taken delivery?
End of the day, if they open a case for item not received, enter those tracking numbers showing delivery into the case details, the case will close in your favour. Neither you, nor eBay need to refund the buyer here.
