I brought a genesis box set back in February from hmv and it did not turn up ,they said it was delayed and I must wait till 13th of June for more information so I have waited and waited and now I find i wil not get a refund because it gone past 30 days. I feel like I've been scammed. Totally let down by hmv no contact no nothing can anyone help please. Looks like I've lost £89.99,hope someone can help
