Item not eligible for simple delivery but cannot turn it off
I have two items listed that are too large for simple delivery but somehow ebay has changed my listing to apply simple delivery. Ebay has listed them as small parcels under 1kg. I cannot find a way to turn off simple delivery. All the help pages just tell me that my items are not eligible for simple delivery but not how to turn it off. The AI assistant is worse than useless and just spits out the same unhelpful answer however I phrase my questions.

OP5 months agoIn the end I decided to cancel the two items with the problems. As I was trying to solve the problem I tried deselecting carriers and only allowing DHL which says it's for large parcels only. I didn't realise that the changes would be for all my listings.
