Item not delivered to purchaser due to wrong post code
Ebay indicated that the post code was wrong so changed it. The item was not delivered and returned.
The purchaser messaged giving the original post code. To resend would cost over £13 giving a loss to me.
I would prefer to cancel and refund in full but I'm worried that Ebay would put this against me.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mentor6 months agoIf you cancel using the reason "problem with buyer's address" that's won't harm your account.
