Item not delivered, ebay not responding
I bought a Shaq O'Neil auto card in February. I opened a case but ebay just said the seller had confirmed they had sent it. I mailed the seller and they said it was sent through ebay post. This has went on too long.

Mentor1 week agoOf course ebay closed the case you are MONTHS too late. It does pay for buyers to read the money back guarantee, there is a link on every listing, but few seem to bother, judging from the repeat questions on here every day.

Mentor1 week agoebay only allow 30 days for claims. Payment providers allow 120 days. So I'm afraid you're out of time for both.

OP1 week agoI spoke with the seller, they said eBay courier had it. Then ebay closed the case. Looks like DHL have it somewhere.
