Item not delivered case closed and refunded in 1 hour , 7 hours before item was delivered
A Buyer initiated an item not delivered claim at 11.00 hours and the case was closed and refunded within 1 hour as there was no proof of delivery.
The reason there was no proof of delivery was that the item was not delivered until 18.30 the same day.
It took Royal Mail more than 30 days to complete there investigation and give me the proof of delivery, what can I do now.

Mentor5 months agoYou don’t need to request it goto your seller hub payments and look through the transactions it should flag or show up there.

OP5 months agoDon't have access to a desktop at the mo and couldn't find it on the app.

Mentor5 months agoAccording to the bottom picture you posted it was a simple delivery item so ebay took care of things. You should not have not lost your money they have just refunded the buyer.

OP5 months agoThanks for that. I have requested my transaction history for that period to clarify if they took the refund off my balance or not.
