Item not delivered after 2 weeks. Issued a refund then it arrived.
I sent a parcel royal mail 48 hr tracked which was not delivered after 2 weeks had passed. I issued a refund and filed a claim with Royal Mail. The buyer contacted me to say that it has now been delivered. What is my best course of action?

Mentor11 months agoAsk the buyer to pay again. There is no way of doing that through ebay so they'll have to use bank transfer, Paypal or similar.
