Item not delivered
Hi ive purchased a t shirt on the 28th Janurary but item has not arrived its saying delivered but have not been delivered i have contacted the seller but they are not responding now ive checked with royal mail they dont have proof of delivery with a picture i have asked the seller but they are advoiding my question

Mentor6 months agoIf it says delivered, then nothing you can do through ebay. Seller has no control over delivery.
You will have to ask your payment provider for assistance.
