Item not delivered.
Item is rento kill moth papers. Not delivered my Royal Mail. Attempts to contact seller send me to eBay. EBay shows the item as despatched to Royal Mail. When ordered I was a guest and part of this process encouraged me to become a member so I did. Engaging with a robot goes in circles, it does not find the item presumably because I was a guest when I ordered it. I cannot find a way out of this circle of woe.

·11 months agoYou need to find the email you received from Ebay when you paid and check the estimated delivery date.
One day after the latest estimated delivery date, you can open an 'item not received' case.
Report that your item hasn't arrived
You have up to 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived.
The seller should respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If you're getting a refund, it will go back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically available within 3-5 business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email once you've created the request, which will include a link to view your request details. You can also check the status of your request by going to View order details in your order confirmation email, then selecting Resolutions.
