Mentor11 months agoYou could try opening paypal claim,
but if you do, it will close ebay case.
Stick with ebay to start with, if no luck go to paypal.

·11 months agoIf it is at least a day after the latest estimated delivery date, open an item not received case.
You can find the estimated delivery date in the email Ebay sent you when you paid.

OP11 months agoIt is way past the estimated delivery date. And I never received a message to say it was on its way.
I have emailed the seller, who said he would get back to me, but he has not.
