Item not collected from InPost locker. Buyer says not delivered.
I sold an item and using eBay simple delivery sent it on Feb 3rd. The item is awaiting collection from the InPost Locker collection point (machine) but it has not been collected by buyer who is saying it has not been delivered. I have messaged the buyer twice saying it is available for collection from his local point, advising that the collection point has said it will be returned if not collected by 8.30am Tuesday 10 Feb. What should I do?

Mentor6 months agoIn addition to above as long as tracking shows delivered you should be protected if the buyer subsequently opens an INR.
was the item sent with simple delivery? In which case ebay deal with it, you don’t have to worry.

Mentor6 months agoThere's nothing else you can do apart from wait for it to get back to you. Then cancel transaction using "problem with buyer's address" and put them on your blocked bidder list. Or if you're willing to try again relist for them to buy again using different postage method.
