Sold an Item which should have been collected by DHL today, but they never picked it up. What can I/should I do now? Thanks.

Mentor3 months agoTry ringing their Customer Service on 0344 248 0012. Hopefully it can be rearranged.
The alternative would be to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist. You may be able to select Oversized under the package size heading during the listing process and choose your own courier to buy postage outside of ebay. The buyer can buy and pay again.
