Item not collected
Hi folks, information needed, please
I posted an item on 3August to the post to address(local post office) entered tracking info parcel arrived 5th, showing as to be collected and I've politely messaged buyer to collect.
Looked in payments was pending now says "buyer reached out to ebay?" and funds are on hold until 17th August can someone explain how long the buyer has to collect? and what this means?

Mentor1 month agoGenerally if held at a post office they buyer has 18 days to collect before items are returned through royal mails system. (this is assuming you sent it with Royal Mail) if it was sent by say evri or other carriers, they have different timescales for post offices to hold items ranging from 3-15 days.

Reply to ebay message with tracking and state it shows delivered.
