Item not as dscribed
I purchased an item that does not meet with my expectations tried to return for refund , supplier very dismissive, on my initial contact i picked from the menu of reasons I ticked ( does not fit) which is one reason but maybe should have picked 'quality not as described. Now cant find my way to speak to ebay.
please help

Mentor6 months agoNo point speaking to ebay, you only get one chance and if a private seller he does not have to accept a Does not fit return.
Should have been not as described case.
As suggested try payment provider.

Unfortunately you can't now open another ebay case.
Try your payment provider.
