I ordered this gym equipment that unfortunately isn’t fit for purpose. The machine isn’t commercial grade and is defective in its movement for its required use I have attempted to adjust certain working parts on the machine where it has obviously been put together incorrectly or without the required care and attention needed After adjustments on certain parts the machine just isn’t up to the standard that you need in a commercial setting I made contact very politely to explain that the machine isn’t up to scratch but I would be willing to swap for another listing on eBay if theirs . In conversation I explained I wanted an easy resolution and mentioned that I wanted to purchase from them but the machine I received wasn’t great.I offered to send the machine back and cover the cost if postage but they wanted to charge me more money on top of that because they listed their prices incorrectly!! The seller wanted to charge be an extra 120 and refund me the difference which is obviously highly unacceptable I have booked the pallet service to send the machine back and I will happily pay for that. They now have the machine and my money. Pay pal have sided with the seller which is unreal
