Item not as described, but photo was correct
Summary: a2mn1lt initiated a discussion about receiving an item that was not as described, although the photo shown was correct. tressygirl replied, but the content of their response was also "None," providing no additional information or resolution to the issue.
I'm just after some advice here, but think I know the answer. I bought some trousers which showed as regular size in the written description, but when I received them they were marked as long. I had missed this in the photo (although it was clearly shown). Of course, they don't fit, but I don't know whether I should have studied each photo to check. To be honest, I'd bought trousers like this before, they were described as 'excellent' and so I just looked at the first couple of photos to decide whether I liked the colour. I went more from the written description than checking the photos. I'm wondering whether to ask for a refund or whether I should just put this down to experience and accept I need to be more vigilant in future.

Mentor4 months agoIf it doesn't fit, then if the seller has a Returns Accepted policy, you can return them for a full refund.
You will have to pay for its fully tracked return postage.
With a No Returns policy, a seller can refuse a return for the reason... ' does not fit. '
