Item not as described
I bought an item that was not as described and the seller has provided a returns label but says he will deduct postage from the refund. Because a returns label has been provided I am unable to raise a dispute for ebay to look into this. How do I proceed?

Mentor1 month agoHe cannot deduct postage. The return label comes via ebay and the full refund will be issued unless the seller opens an appeal afterwards. If you have any problems with him contact ebay about it. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
