Item not arrived eBay sided with seller with evidence showing not my front door

Question

Hi, anyone had issues with eBay? As I contacted a seller and requested a refund. eBay stepped in and sided with the seller even although I provided a picture of my front door and also the picture where the item was delivered.

Any help. Thank you

There should be an appeal link there in the decision, use that to point out that it's not your front door.

Failing that and you lose the appeal, if you paid with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay then issue a not received chargeback.

If tracking shows delivered, even if you say not received, then ebay side with seller. No point of tracking if not believed or we would all get refunds. Try your payment provider.
