Item not arrived
How do I get in contact with eBay customer services, seller contact just keeps giving auto responses. My item hasn't arrived and should have been delivery by today. Status says royal mail are waiting for parcel. Sell said it's been dispatched on 24th on a 48hr delivery. If its not coming I want a refund, how do I do that. I'm starting to feel I've been scammed.
