Item not arrived
Had an item not arrived no contact with seller asked eBay to help they managed to contact seller who said if I close the complaint he will post in the morning I did this and of course he never sent and once the complaint is closed eBay would not do anything so I basically lost £140….my own fault I know for being so trusting but just a little warning to help anyone else this might happen to ….so much for buyer protection

Mentor9 months agoYou should easily get a refund through paypal.
I hope you will leave a well deserved negative feedback for the seller who knew that once closed, ebay will not force a refund.

Mentor9 months agoBuyer protection works if you follow the process but it's hard if someone sets out to scam you.
Contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback. If you used Paypal or your credit/debit card you should get your money back.
