Mentor1 week agoIf you bought before your account was fully set up or while logged out you would be classed as a guest buyer. To start a return or report a problem you'll need the "order confirmed" email ebay sent you when you bought the item. Select View order details in the body of the email > Contact seller > select which problem and then submit.
