Item never received and no refund

Hi, would appreciate any support, my Item Not Received request was automatically closed after 21 business days because I didn't take further action ( I was away). I did not close the request myself. The item has still never been received or collected. This was a collection order and I contacted the seller to arrange collection, but they never provided the collection address or details needed for me to collect it. eBay is now preventing me from opening another request. I would like the transaction manually reviewed and a refund issued because I never received the item. I can provide the eBay messages showing that I attempted to arrange collection.
Has anyone ever come across this issue before and found a way to get through to ebay?? i'm tearing me hair out and £125 down with nothing to show for it

Mentor2 weeks agoOnce a case is opened, seller has 3 days to respond, if not on day 4 you escalate to ebay to deal with.
Just doing nothing and letting it time out is not the way to get refunds. It does pay to read the Money Back guarantee and follow instructions to the letter.

Mentor2 weeks agoOnce a case times out thats it. YOu don't get two bites of the cherry. I can only suggest contact your payment provider to see if they can assist you.
