Item never arrived eBay didn’t give me my money back
I ordered a pair of wheels and the seller decided he didn’t want to sell them anymore and would not give me a refund. I have tried going through eBay and I cannot get anywhere.

MentorAug 17, 2026 at 9:35 PMCheck the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. Then escalate it after 3 complete working days.
If it's more than 30 days it's too late for ebay but if it's less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
