Item never arraived
I bought to motorbike parts in May from Japan from someone I have bought from lots of times. I just noticed the items never arrived as Ive been away. The seller is not answering and ebay doesnt let me chase things over 3 months. the automated assistant is going in circles, how can i speak to someone?

Mentor11 months agoYou are correct you are way past eBay's 30 day MBG policy for them to help you now with a refund.
You need to turn to your payment provider for help.

OP11 months agoI just want the tracking info from the seller as i think its stuck somewhere, dont ebay have anyone to talk to?
