Bought a few items of clothing from a seller received parcel as I always do because I use this seller a lot. However, upon opening the parcel one item was missing. I have contacted the seller who clearly pointed out what I knew that the parcel was delivered but as I told them this one item was missing so they advised me to open a dispute. As we know this will most definitely go in the sellers favour as it is tracked delivery and so shows delivered but this one item is missing so do not see how I can possibly get a refund on this. I have ordered from them so many times and never had any issues at all. Its not even about the money as its only cheap but more the principle that the item wasn't sent to me and seller has ignored my messages. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Mentor4 months agoWhen you open an eBay return one of the reasons you can select is 'Missing parts or pieces', I'd go for that one.

OP4 months agoThank you wish I had posted here first before listening to the seller!! Foolishly I listened to them and went ahead and opened the dispute not thinking until after what that means for me! Living and learning, thank you for your help

Mentor4 months agoIf it's still within 30 days of delivery you can still open a return, even after opening "not received" case.

Mentor4 months agoYou have to open a "not as described" return and if necessary return the rest of the items. Postage will be paid for by the seller. If not escalate the case to ebay after 3 complete working days.

OP4 months agoThink its too late as they advised me twice to open the not received dispute so I am seeing now that they knew it would go in their favour! I am foolish to have listened but learning from this experience going forward, thank you for your help
