Item lost by courier
Item not delivered
Good evening,I sold an item and posted using eBay simple delivery but it appears the item has been lost by the courier.What do I do now I don't want to be out of pocket,

Mentor3 months agoYou won't be out of pocket.
Ask the buyer to open a case for item not received. eBay should take over and refund the buyer, and you get to keep the payout.
